I'm Phil Lombardo, and I founded Good Practice Yoga in 2019 to offer a path into yoga for golfers who might not otherwise step into a traditional studio. Each class is appropriate for beginners and advanced practitioners alike, with an emphasis on breath, balance, and the unique demands of the golf swing.
I began teaching yoga in 2018 after studying yoga philosophy at Loyola Marymount University and completing my 200-hour YTT at Oasis Yoga in Cleveland, Ohio. Alongside my yoga credentials, I’m a NASM-certified Stretching & Flexibility Coach, which helps me integrate sport-focused stretching techniques into the practice.
