I founded Good Practice Yoga as a modern movement and mindfulness program built around clarity, consistency, and full-body readiness. I completed my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training at Oasis Yoga in Solon, Ohio in 2018, where I developed a grounded, breath-led approach to practice. I originally launched Good Practice Yoga in 2019 as a small in-person offering, and after several years working in a demanding corporate environment, I returned to the project with a much deeper understanding of how stress, posture, and daily habits shape the way we feel and move.
Alongside my yoga background, I hold a NASM Stretching & Flexibility certification, which allows me to bring evidence-based mobility and movement principles into an accessible, calm teaching style. My focus is on helping people unwind physical tension, build balanced strength, and regulate their nervous systems so they can move through both work and life with more ease. My classes emphasize full-body integration rather than isolated stretching, offering a steady rhythm that supports longevity, resilience, and a daily sense of well-being.
Good Practice Yoga reflects my belief that meaningful change comes from simple, consistent practice — not complexity or intensity. My work blends professionalism, clarity, and approachable instruction to create a digital studio experience that fits into real lives, especially for people balancing careers, stress, and long-term health. Through GPY, my aim is to help students feel more open, clear, and connected in everything they do.
