I founded Good Practice in 2019 to offer a simpler path into yoga for golfers who might never step into a traditional studio. Our classes are appropriate for beginners to advanced practitioners, focusing on breath, balance, and golf-specific movement patterns.
After studying yoga philosophy at Loyola Marymount University, I completed my 200-Hour Teacher Training at Oasis Yoga in Solon, Ohio. In addition to my yoga education, I'm a NASM-certified Stretching & Flexibility Coach, which helps me integrate sport-focused stretching methods into my teaching style.
