About Good Practice

Good Practice was founded as an approachable pathway into yoga for golfers may not otherwise walk into a traditional studio. It’s a quiet, full-body practice designed to keep you ready all year long through simple, consistent movement. Just press play 2-3 times per week.

Each class is a slow, breath-focused flow you can do at home, ranging from 10-40 minutes. Some sessions emphasize rotation and core stability. Others open the hips, shoulders, or upper back. But every class is balanced and accessible — built to help you feel lighter, steadier, and more ready to practice and play.

About the Founder

My name is Phil Lombardo, and I've taught yoga since 2019. I studied yoga philosophy at Loyola Marymount University and completed my 200-hour teacher training at Oasis Yoga in Cleveland, Ohio. I’m also a Certified NASM Stretching & Flexibility Coach, which helps me integrate modern stretching principles into my class design.

These classes are my way of helping others find center — on and off the golf course.
